This is my own image of the Sacred Heart. You may make the squares for your own personal use. You may not sell any completed squares in any venue including etsy and ebay. You may not sell my pattern. If you are making this for charity, you must contact me for permission.
To change colors, work the sc just before the new color starts but don't complete it. You will have 2 loops on the hook. Drop old color and pull new color through. The last sc is completed and now you have the new color on hook. Keep all yarn on the wrong side of the square. Work over unused yarn. I made separate balls of blue for the back ground. When working on the wrong side of the piece, be careful to make you stitches in the correct stitch. Always look closely at your work and move the unused yarn away from the stitch you need.
